Dream Vision 17U made it to the semifinals at the 2012 adidas Invitational in Indianapolis this July.

They fell in a closely contested game against Florida Elite, who went on to win the championship at the event. Dream Vision 17U lost a double-digit lead after point guard Johnnie Vassar had to leave the game with facial lacerations.
Dream Vision went 2-1 in pool play, defeating the Michigan Mustangs and Houston Hoopstars Elite, while dropping a close one to ECE Mass.
They went on to defeat the South Florida Panthers, South Texas Irish, Minnesota Pump N Run, and the Dallas Mustangs to make it to the semifinals.
Anthony January led Dream Vision 17U in their win over the Michigan Mustangs, contributing a double-double with 34 points. He had several other big scoring outputs. He played with a great deal of focus and attacked the boards for offensive rebounds.
Isaac Hamilton also had a strong tournament for Dream Vision 17U, including a 21-point performance in the quarterfinal win over the Dallas Mustangs. Hamilton shot the ball well off the dribble from three-point range and his dribble penetration posed matchup challenges for opponents.
His class of 2014 brother Daniel Hamilton scored quite a bit for the squad as well. His 20 points helped Dream Vision 17U beat the Dallas Mustangs.
Point guard Johnnie Vassar excelled with physical, agile defense and limited opposing point guards, including the Michigan Mustangs’ Derrick Walton. His leadership and facilitation on the offensive end kept opposing defenses on their heels. He also led Dream Vision 17U with 21 points in the bracket win over the South Texas Irish.
Jamal Aytes scored in double-digits in several games throughout the week for Dream Vision 17U. He demonstrated proficiency with his baseline jumper and converted off broken plays and put backs too.
Dream Vision 16U won their first pool game against Ohio Basketball Club before losing their next two versus the Eric Gordon All-Stars and the Atlanta Celtics. They lost their opening bracket play game to the Rens (H/S).
